Boynton Beach, FL … The City of Boynton Beach is Celebrating Florida Arbor Day with the 4th and 5th Grade Science Club students of Rolling Green Elementary School . The celebration will be held at Oyer Park in memory of Harvey E. Oyer, Jr. with a special tree planting on January 19, 2012 beginning at 9 a.m. Oyer Park is located at 2010 N.
