7/7-8 - Yoga Workout at the Beach - Held every Saturday and Sunday at Red Reef Park West, 1221 N. Ocean Blvd., Boca Raton. Build strength and flexibility, improve postural alignment and stabilize the core. Classes held on the grass overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Cash not accepted on-site. 10-11 am. $15/residents, $19/non-residents per class, or 60 day membership (unlimited classes) for $65/residents, $81.25/non-residents. Registration: 393-7807.
