This is Dave Armstrong, Currently unemployeed chef and being attacked by the police for mentioning a Family Oriented Clothing Optional Beach Here In Delray's un-used north
end!

This is our 4th year in trying to set aside alittle silver of beach about 1/8 of a mile for the naturists that live in delray and others who share the same interests.

Incidents since my first arrest june 2006

1st - January 2007 I try handing out fliers and was arrested for handing out fliers without a permit a (law that didn't even exist)

Dissmissed-

2nd-Mothers day 2008 walking to the beach a hole in my right cheek of the back of my shorts landed me in jail for indecent exposure of my sexual organs in a public place, 9 times to
court, dropped to disorderly 6 man jury sought and I won again NOT
GUILTY- November 15 2008.

3rd peace sign done with 15 ,News chopper 12 covered the story, no arrests were made febuary 14th 2009.

4th- febuary 11th peace sign performed w/ police already present we did the peace sign & yes ALL 13 of us Not 10! the police detained us took our names and #'s then said we could
leave, we car pooled to delray and some of us were dropped off at the
resort. We get a phone call from a detective in delray beach telling us
we all need to come back to delray beach to be arrested for a
mistermeanor, we didn't go back, but did tell the officer he could
arrest us in loxahatchee which never happened. I get un packed for my
Delray Emergency Response Team training class for 6pm, tell my Lt. Joe
Lang if the police come to get me pull me out of class as not to
embarrass me in front of the class. Tuesday the 16th 6pm, class ends
9pm, go home still unwinding from the camping trip. saturday rolls in
then saturday night I have a reporter rolling in from the campgrounds
to go over our strats in court, Just then the police show up 3 cruisers
and ask me to turn around and aresst me for indecent exposure! 2 weeks
after the incident, Its my understanding that under (Florida State Law
look it up) 800.03 Mere nudity in a public place is NOT agaisnt the LAW
,UNLESS it is Accompanied by "LEWD & LACIVIOUS BEHAVIOR" It was a
2-3 minute nude peace sign with no other persons around for 200 yards.

Who's the Villian here?

Now Lets look at Haulovers nude beach in North Miami

That beach economics presentation was given to the Mayor in Hand by Me. $ 135,770,550.89 Annually from Europian Tourists and other countries included.

Now at the Delray Roundtable the city is spending foolish amounts of money on parks that generate 0 dollars but need $$$ to repair and up keep them. They are complaining they they are
5.1 million in the hole and where can they cut some off thier budgets!
Here's a Perfectly great way to improve the ma & pa shops that are
closing up thier shops to give in to big game stores like wal-mart.
