WHAT:  4th ANNUAL VETERANS DAY PARADEWHO:     Palm Beach County Veterans Committee, Inc. is coordinating the parade that will feature veterans groups, color guards, high school JROTC programs, community service organizations, as well as civic and corporate groups.
